The Bronze Statue of Saraswati is beautifully potrayed by the skilled artists. Saraswati, the goddess of learning is the more mythical figure in the hindu pantheon. Saraswati is always draped in pure white and often seats on a white lotus which symbolizes that goddess saraswati has founded the experience of the absolute truth.Saraswati is worshipped with the offering of the flower palash. The palash symbolises the devotion of a worshipper's heart.

Goddess Saraswati is depicted holding a musical instrument called veena in her left hand, strumming the chords with her right hand. Ink pot with a pen and books are place in front of saraswati at the time of worship for the same reason.

A white Swan serves as mount of Saraswati where Swan has a power to distinguish milk and water; in the same way a learner must have the power to discriminate good from bad, right from wrong..etc

The Bronze Statues at Tarang are unquiely designed as per pancha-loha traditions which brings in success in all walks of life. Thus these Bronze Statues of Saraswati can definetely be a fixed choice in our puja rooms.
About Bronze Artifacts

Highly skilled artisans, put in their greatest devotion to render- fine quality, impeccable finish and a graceful persona to the sculptures. Carved with the finesse of traditional Indian artistry, these artifacts are exquisite and affordable.

Making of a Bronze Artifact

Tarang’s bronze collection is crafted in-house, using the traditional ‘Lost wax’ method.

Making of Bronze Artifacts - Stage 1 Making of Bronze Artifacts - Stage 2 Making of Bronze Artifacts - Stage 3 Making of Bronze Artifacts - Stage 4

Stage 1: The Lost Wax method is a 4-stage process of bronze casting wherein a wax mold of the statue is created initially, after which a mold is created around the wax piece.
This is then cast into a bronze mold. The Bronze mold of the artifact is a solid metal.

Stage 2: After the bronze mold of the statue is created, the additional parts of the statue such as the trunk, additional hands, etc., are created as separate molds.

Stage 3: The main statue and the additional parts are joined together and intricate carvings are rendered to the statue.

Stage 4: The artifacts are then finally polished to give the desired shine and gleam.
